CC client crash in Ultima Store when clicking on the cart to buy

Whenever I try to buy something in the Ultima Store client crash when clicking on the cart to buy items, CC client, playing from Canada ( idk if it's related to the EA store not loading for certain countries )

    What OS are you running on and which OS subversion? For example Win11 22H2 or Win11 23H2

    Well it doesn't seem to have anything to do with my OS version, I just tried on EC client and I was able to buy from UO store without any problem, but when I try with CC it still crashes when I press the cart button

    Try a different char on that account

    I just tried to test the store from CC and I received a message the store is currently down. Maybe they are fixing it?
