Shellfish stacking issue

The new shellfish all face left while old ones are both right and left could we adjust this? I don't have room for two stacks of each

    the ones that face the same way don't stack either. But they do all go into the quest crates.

    I'm confused the old ones stack so even the new Ones facing correctly do not ?

    No real biggie I will burn through old ones and don't plan on catching them ever again
