How do I redeem the EJ community points token?

I have gone to Moonglow Zoo or Vesper Museum en double clicked the token. All it does is show me a message about how to redeem it.. which I am trying to do in that very instance. What am I missing?

    open the menu on the community collection, the token is pictured there
