"if you attempt to arm a weapon while still under the disarm timer debuff, this count's as an action and will cost one full second before you can perform an action,

issue resolved in unofficial client as re-arm is automatic after disarm timer, please do not encourage downloading of unofficial client to give advantages over official client.

expected result: attempted arm while still under disarm timer to not subject user to one second action timer"
