What to do with the ones that don't come up Except? If, like me, your crafter's template is too tight for GM magery and you need to hold a book to make up the difference, so can't hold an ASH.
Here's one idea.

Use them as transmog targets.  I quit using reforged and imbued shields a long time ago.

That pic reminds me of The Sims Online. We would make the housekeeper walk on the diving board and block her there.
