Fire Horn - Need some love (Rework)

1. Give us reagent bag, blessed, 50% weight reduction, so we can handle this sulfur ash.
2. Make Fire Horn consume only 1 ash per use not X ash per target.
3. Or ignore first two sentence and make it affected by LRC.
4. Range: 1 tile for 1 bard GM skill - 4 tiles with х 4. + 1 tile for every legendary skill - 8 tiles. (but it will be absolutly normal if u give  us 2 for gm and 3 per legendary or even more)
5. They shuld drop with known charges like any musician instruments, make them consume 1 charge per taget hitted.
6. They shuld drop with different elemental dmg: Cold Horn/Fire Horn/Kinetic Horn/Poison Horn/Energy Horn with 100% relative elemenatl dmg (slayer property will be good too but not neceserry).
7.PvP cap targets - 1, PvP - dmg cap, PvP debuff for 30 sec - can't take dmg from horns.

    It uses too many sulfur in a crowd.  Would be nice to make it more useful.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    These would be great for our fishermen and women to find as decorative/distinctive shells.
