I made my luck suit out of plate this time but forget why isn't there something about stamina loss 
Acknowledgment and accountability go a long way...

    You lose less stamina when hit with a melee attack while wearing metal.  It is a hidden property like the +1 to LMC bonus if non medable.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    It's one of those hidden properties that Mervyn goes on about, when he says it should all be a lot more clear, and he is correct of course in this sense.

    I must admit I'm impressed set of full plate and my stamina doesn't go down at all even with 5 named skeletons hitting me we'll see how it fairs vs paragons

    Can go to Chaos and practice on Balrons there.  They hit the same.

    Yeah, my Macer/Paladins usually wear Full Plate.
