But, I have met many players from many other shards in real life while traveling to different places in the world the last few years. Some I initially met in the game and then looked up while in other countries if they were nearby, and a couple others randomly, only to find out in the course of talking that they played the game. So many great people play UO. A shout out to Dr. Padi in India. Aki and Tomiko in Japan. Tomas and Carmelita in Spain. Ru in Hong Kong, my love in and out of the game. Yani and Mica in Israel. Yao and Dan in Venice. Susu in Shanghai. Pan, perhaps one of the greatest artists of our time. And so many others that make the world in and out of the game a more beautiful place.
