stuck in a Transfer it says yet I did not transfer

Good Morning.

I am getting a message that I am in the middle of a char transfer to Izumo, I cannot log in there.  Last time I did a transfer there was months ago, I believe from Atlantic with a purchased char transfer token.  I can log in anywhere else, and sent a bug report in game from Atlantic
