Name Changes of Crafter Reverting to Old Name on Crafted Items

I changed my crafter's name several years ago. I crafted a few double axes and other things about 2 or 3 months ago. The "Crafted By ..." mark on the items reverted to my character's old name.
Kinda weird. I'd like to see this fixed.
