Can't Return Color of Tool-Tip Text to White in Classic Client

I made the mistake of changing the color of tool-tip text to something other than white just to see what it looked like.  Now I can't figure out how to change it back to white.  Even if I pick the lightest shade of a color and slide the brightness slider all the way to the right, it's nowhere close to white.

Is there any way to get this back to white again?  It's affecting every character on every account now.

Does the Default button affect the Tool-tip color?

I guess I should have clarified that the tool-tip text is the color I selected when mousing over items in a seed box.  Makes it really difficult to see what's in the seed box. Trying to remember if it changed for anything else.  It seems that most other things are showing up as yellow for the name of the item and white for the properties.

The tool-tip color change also seems to affect mousing over the log-in screen fields.

The blue button in the picture that is labeled Default.  

Most of those changes should only affect that one character.
