Housing tools

Last time I played was on a free shard, but came home recently.  Housing tools there let you move n/s/e/w as well as up and down and turn.  Made it super easy to place stuff.  Was surprised not to see that here.  And I don't recall it being this hard to stack chests.

Stacking chests has always been an art form...also there are those chairs that never go onto the floor in the right direction...
