    It's too much! We need to bring back point systems and paragons! This rng with 1/8 is too good, the earrings' value will drop. It should need at least 200 minor artifacts turn in to get one pair of earrings, just like that +30 sdi undead slayer spellbook in TOD.
    If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
