Noble sacrifice with dead pet

According to the spell description "if any target is successfully assisted, palladih HP, Mana and Stamina drop to 1". If no one is around- your mana and HP will not drop. This works as it should. But when you have a dead pet with you - all values will drop, pet will gain some "hidden" HP but will not be resurrected. So this spell should either resurrect a pet (which is good for me , but no good according to rules) or spell should act like there are no blues around you. So exclude dead pets from blues list when checking.

Ressing a dead pet with chivalry would be awesome.
Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
