Enhanced Client - Active properties count is not correct

1. Equip a large variety of gear with active properties:

All resists

Brittle

Antique

Any stat bonus

Any regeneration

DCI

HCI

SDI

...etc

2. Open paperdoll

3. Click ? to view Item Properties

4. Observe Active Properties does not match your gear

Item properties show an active count of 17. Inactive properties are in grey. Despite having gear with Defense Chance Increase, for example, the property shows in grey.
