It's working fine for three of the accounts. It even acts correctly if I put the WRONG password in (get the wrong password message) But, if I put in the RIGHT password, the client login screen locks up, not responding.
The data file or directory for that account may be corrupt. To see if it is try renaming the account's directory under Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Legacy\User Data and then logging back in. If it does work then try copying the sub directories from the original directory to the new directory.

Does that password still work on the account management page. You might think about changing the password to see if that fixes the problem.
