I doubled checked and yes its fully patched

i deleted the item and clicked on the dispensor and it generated the same thing with the bug

@Kyronix - What about the new spellbook & runebook strap vet rewards both showing as "book strap"?? For those that actually plan to use a vet pick on them it might be helpful to know which is which in the event they only want 1.
