New Player Forum?

Why don't we have a new player forum where new players can meet and ask questions?  All we have are general discussion and shard forums. The shard forums are VERY thinly trafficked.  

I'd like to post some help and guides for new players but they will get lost in the main forum.  

New Player forum would be helpful i think.
