Resist Spells cap confusion
Hi,
I have not played UO since in this century so my knowledge foundation is based on the game in 1999 . I thought I understood the cap system between your shown skills and when you click show Real to be that sometimes, due to buffs and gear, your shown skill can be higher than your Real cap number. And this seems to be the case in everything but Resist Spells. As a new player in New Haven I took the time to GM resist spells. My Real cap is 100 and I have access to the GM title for that skill but my shown skill say it is 66 and not 100.
So why is this? Because I have only 30 something in INT?
Also if you are wearing a suit of 70 resists, does resist spells even give any benefit?
