Issue with japanese characters on opened doors in classic client: how to reproduce 100% of the time

First go near the door

Then click on it normally one single time to show its name

When the name appears, then double click on the same door to open it

The door will open and a japanese character will appear above it

You see the characters at other times also.

An easy one is to use yarn on a loom.  When you get a completed bolt you see the characters.
