If you cast teleport and then cancel your target instead of clicking somewhere, it bugs you and prevents you from using skills and special moves.

    "this is overcome by performing some other actions EG casting heal and target self, but yes cancelling teleport should not prevent some actions

    actions blocked are: attempting to enter a moongate, performing specials, hiding, meditating (not all skills are blocked)
