Siege Houses blocking placement on Prodo Shards? @Kyronix

@Kyronix can you pls explain since when this is happening?
I never had a problem placing houses, demolish, place again or resize a house with my main account.
I do place a lot of houses and I do understand that the "7 Days Cooldown" is to receive a new house but never to place!.
Every since I placed a house in Siege (that should not affect Prodo Shards) I received an error message that I cant place another house on Prodo shards and even after the 7 days, You cant even Resize your house on Prodo shards, bc you still get the error?  How come Siege houses are now affecting Prodo shards?

you could just tear down your Siege house - unless you actually play on Siege of course

It has affected it since they started the 2nd house on Siege rule.  I lost a good house spot once because I forgot about it and before I had time to drop the prodo house preventing me from placing on Siege, someone else placed.
