VvV priests eat anything

I've received 2 reports of players losing items by accidentally (during the heat of battle), and confirmed the issue.
Trying
to drop the stolen sigil on the VvV priest, the priest will actually
accept any item and not return it to you. Some players have accidentally
dropped their rune books or spellbooks onto this priest.
Expected result:
like other NPCs when given an unexpected item, the NPC should reject the object with a message
"I am not interested in this."" -+-
