A Christmas wish, Santa are you real?

I have tried and tried to exchange my tiles on Sonoma.  I like to be able to exchanged my copies tiles for the tiles I am missing. @Mesanna can you put in a good word to Santa to help?  It would have been a lot easier if they were not shard bound.

yes shard bound on stupid stuff...but the events drops arent and they are part of history of the shard...kinda dont understand........i think they are listening to much the mandalorian this is the way
