classic client using 99% cpu. enhanced uses 6%
i have windows 10, my processor is an amd ryzen 5 2600 6 core. GPU radeon rx 570.
with nothing running, my cpu usage is around 4%. If i load Classic client, not even logging in just sitting at the login screen, my cpu shoots to 99%. I regularly experience 3 minute lockups of the client. Logging out and back in gives me like 1 second to move before it locks up again.
So I loaded enhanced client which chould be more cpu intensive, and it only uses 6%.
Something is VERY VERY wrong. No other programs use 99% of my cpu.
Any help appreciated...except "have you checked for malware" or some such. If i had malware/virus it wouldnt only manifest upon loading classic client.
