its busted 90 percent of the time.  yes, it would be nice if it were fixed, but if the devs cant fix it, can we just remove it entirely.   its better game design to not have a feature, than to have a broken one.

    pacific has very few items on vendor search.  its broken on all shards with many items for sale.

    maybe it s the bigguest announcement over 10 years they are talking about...fixing it. Since i came back 3 years ago never worked at 100%...it s the opposite worst year after year...lack of ressource lack of competence lack of staff lack of budget we dont know but they know for sure.

    As has been pointed out in other threads, Vendor search for all Equipment, Miscellaneous, and Properties queries is working well, with search results appearing sub 4 seconds (even on Atlantic from a west North America connection).

    The problem is not with Vendor Search per se, but with the "Item Name" query, especially on Atlantic.

    Yes, this is an important game feature to a portion of the players, myself included, but the histrionics over it are non-productive.

    So if we just do not mention how horrible vendor search is on Atlantic, they will fix it sooner?

    Maybe if a developer posted that they are aware of the issue and would be working on it, we would not have to constantly bring it up.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
