(minor issue) Throwing mastery/powerscroll

Powerscrolls: non gargoyles cannot eat them - you correctly receive a system message that reads

"you cannot use that."

powerscroll should have label

"Gargoyles Only"

Masteries: can be eaten by non gargoyles

expected result: not to be able to consume them with system message that reads:

"you cannot use that."

with label "Gargoyles Only"

(This is to assist new non garg players who may see a bargain powerscroll/mastery on a vendor and to avoid dissapointment - same reason why all gargoyle items are labeled so)

Throwing scroll of Alacrity and transcendence also missing label

(However both correctly give the system message

"you cannot use that" if non gargoyle tries to eat it. )
