Does the patch 99 to baja, etc include pet revert code/fix to prepatch dragons?

Due to the issues with the prepatch dragons does the patch to Baja include the revert code that ruins them?  Has it been addressed? 

Once our beloved dragons are reverted there is no saving them, which is why I am trying to get clarification now.  And we have not been able to test any fixes on TC1. Thank you.
