Shard Transfer is Down/broken.

Like the title says its broken.  Just tried transfer a char from Europa to Atlantic. It says Atlantic Shard is not available.  Then when I tried a different shard same thing.

    I transferred 5 hours ago.  Maybe they turned off transfers because a new download is happening soon.

    Still trying to get away from that bake? A transfer of shards is a little extreme don't ya think...

    Europa was on new day, you will have to wait till Atl goes new day

    as @Lord_Frodo has said, shard transfer is not broken. Those two shards were out of synch at that time, Europa having gone through daily maintenance while Atlantic had not.
