Mobiles bar issue (EC)

I have one char across three accounts with a messed up mobiles bar the ability to move or close individual bars is missing in the upper right corner on this char only i have tried full file check and this char has moved shards a few times and that didn't fix it not a big issues i just wonder why has anyone one else had this happen i have looked in settings and it is set the same as all the working ones

Look under 'health bars' rather than mobiles bar. Is the option 'show close and extract buttons on healthbars' ticked?

good info ! i took the delete the char file and just reset all my macros route something i had just been too lazy to do
