Targeting mob with recall spell is a criminal act?

I push the wrong button a lot.  I think this came in with the last publish.

Que:  Cast recall or sacred journey spell. Target a Mob.

Result: Opens the criminal act menu that you must click to continue playing.

It used give the, you can not recall from that object, message.

Kinda annoying when you push the wrong key as often as I do.

Not doing it today.  Gives the cant recall from that object msg.

Mobs also don't like it when you poke them with sharp pointy sticks...just sayin
