Fellowship hall still accepting soul binders and cargo
Post WW release of 108 the fellowship hall on Pacific is still accepting soul binders and cargo. Fellowship coins are still given out for donated cargo.
Dread pirates and crew are still soul bound as are plunder beacon crews so you can still fill up those soul binders to drop off at the fellowship hall. Just no way to use the banked fellowship silver.
