A historical flag

I have a request regarding the Tower of Sorcery on Sonoma. I would like to see a historical flag just outside the bridge for the tower. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the tower here on Sonoma and what would be a great thing to mark the tower with that flag. Please note this is the same tower that I am requesting the missing NPC from.
