Skill Paperdoll problem

Hello there!
Don´t know whats happening, but my Skill paperdoll is blank... not showing anything.
That only happens on my PC, tried in my laptop, everything working fine.
Tried do reinstall the game... nothing happend :/

    If you add a new group it will have all the skills in it... would be nice if there was a way to put it back to normal though.
