Publish 108 - Simple Wheelbarrow Refresh Idea

Being as this is the spring publish, any chance of just adding a new rare hue or two to the wheelbarrows to keep them fresh and desirable (like new hues are added to holiday giftboxes).  This in theory, should be a simple thing to implement in the current patch cycle.

i'd like to see a short hedge with roses added to it

Good idea, esp as the plant dyes makes dull flowers very often . All that has any grey in them as undyed.
