Command to get crafting items?

Hello, are there commands available to get the following items on TC?
1. Crafting bonus talismans, including crafting failure prevention talismans
2. Forged Metal of Artifacts tool
3. Armor refinements.
Also, the "give armor" command doesn't seem to do anything?
Beyond that, are there commands for setting virtue levels?
