I don't know that there's an official one (could be wrong) but there are several unofficial ones from what I know. I don't have an invite link for you right now though, sorry.

As far as I know its not official but there are a few popular ones:

https://discord.gg/h8tpBpA - Seems to cover all the shards, general chat etc.

https://discord.gg/tje7xtZ - Atlantic PvP discord. For finding fights and general PvP chat.

https://discordapp.com/invite/CxbRNP - Knuckleheads (The imbuing calc guys).

That's the ones I know of from the top of my head.
