Some say that "new system vendors have a fatal bug." Can steal vendor products. Is it true or a lie?

    Someone said if you eat an apple dismount and mount a horse then spin 5 times you will go into invulnerable mode.  Is that true?

    I tested this with my thief. Normal thievery can't unless there is an unknown exploit.
