Did not know Account Management would be under maintenance... I would like to apply a time code for one of my accounts but am unable to.

1 - how long will this maintenance period last?
2 - is there a schedule for Account Management maintenance?
3 - is there another way I can apply my time-code?

Don't know where else to post this and don't want to cause a panic in the main forum.
