Is this recipe dropping as of yet? I have yet to come across it and haven't heard of anyone in my normal circle getting it. I was not sure if this drop was supposed to be active now, or when the magical recipe becomes active on the fellowship vendor.

    We have done scores of Scalis and have not received any.  Also have not received the soul forge.

    Its the UO Grind.  They are in the loot table.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
