Alchemy GuildMasters, are they anywhere to be found ?

I tried various Alchemists and Mages shops in various Towns New Haven included, but could find none...

Can Alchemy Guildmasters be found anywhere ?

Also, there is no new player quest for Alchemy in New Haven ?

@Mariah , do you have by any chance any information on this ?

There is no Alchemy guildmaster - I presume alchemists are part of the mages guild
