Cant reforge the 2 new headgear
They have no special material property like Studded.
Most players use artifact headwear on their fighters. Cant reforge SDI so allowing these to be reforged is not going to make them OP. They are equal to a Leather cap, but look a lot better.
Imbuing does not give as good of a result as reforged items.
A lot of crafters and banksitters would like to wear these and they be useful when needed.
