    She doesn't even care enough about the game to read the forums.. her last visit was in july... why waste your time wishing her a happy birthday when she doesn't care enough to come read it?

    I mean sure not logging on to your forum account in two months is acceptable practice for a developer completely ignoring all private messages and feedback, not communicating with the players sure seems like characteristics that describe a person that cares about the game she oversees development on.
