Long pants take up the leg armor slot

Just noticed in the EC that long pants take up the leg armor slot and not the pants slot.  To repro take off any leg armor and put on long pants.  Hover the mouse over the leg armor slot on the paper doll.  It will show the pants in that slot.  Hover the mouse over the pants slot on the paper doll.  It will be empty.

    It has been that way forever, in both clients. There are also some plain cloth shirts that take the chest armor slot, so that we cannot layer them with the gear. I would love to see both corrected.
