UO Store question

When I hit the UO Store tab, something pops up and disappears immediately. A message says that the function isn't available at the moment. I had the same problem last night and assumed it might be maintenance (I dunno, just came back to UO after years and years away) and can't find any info anywhere. Just dropped cash for a boat and want to place it. Anyone have any idea what's up?

    Try upstairs Luna in an Inn room.  Mine works.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

    You must be in a safe logout location such as an inn or a house. Boats are not considered safe locations
