so the other day im almost certain i came seen a splintering whip on vendor search??? is this possible can they still be farmed even? if so where do these come from?

    Eodon T-maps drop them on occasion
    Remove or change casting focus & poison immunity it reduces the need for "Player Skill" it's garbage. rant2 Bring timing back and eliminate chance in pvp!
