Why when i go to imbue a Axe it can have 81% mana leech but a bow can only go 35-40% depending on type all reforged 100 elemental???

this might be more of a whine rather that a question but why can we not have crafting skills on jewelry ?
i don't need it to drop as loot but should be able to imbue it .....

    1-A) Mana & Life leech are based on the weapon's base swing speed & swing speed increase (on the weapon only), the faster the weapon, the lower the leech caps.  

    1-B)  Ranged weapons Life & Mana leech have a 50% cap.

    you can imbue/reforge higher than 50% (it won't display higher than 50% for ranged weapons), the purpose, is to add swing speed to the weapon won't reduce it as much.


    2) Because... it would be OP!
    Remove or change casting focus & poison immunity it reduces the need for "Player Skill" it's garbage. rant2 Bring timing back and eliminate chance in pvp!

    More SSI means less leech capability.

    If you put the leech on, and SSI Later, the Leech will decrease.
