I put in enough cargo to get the Tome, Icon, and Coins.  I have reached maximum.

Expected results:

Get a title at each of those stages.

Get a new item at 600M donated.

Results:

No new titles, no new item at 600M.

We love titles!  You are good at making up the names.  Give us a bone Please.
