Account Management - Email Changes
Basically, is about updating emails on so many accounts it makes me sick.

Are the posts in the Customer Service root area "invisible" for a reason though?

I think you weren't supposed to be able to post there as it's a 'parent' category. I think that's been fixed now. Although Mesanna does sometimes intervene to help with account problems, they are more the province of EA than Broadsword under the current system.
