Sasha, I see you are on a non-English speaking shard? This is clearly aimed at our sitting President of the United States. Totally uncalled for and very distasteful coming from a business not knowing who supports who. I really hope they at Broadsword as a whole find this distasteful as well, regardless of ones political alignment.

If they want to make office jokes that's on them at their work, but to bring it into the game like this is wrong.

Sadly she approves all events. To be voicing politically in opposition or in favor of any sitting president, politician, or really anything polorizing irl...ruins the immersion of this which is supposed to be an escape from reality even for a moment. Bad taste...poor management. Nothing new in the realm of Sosaria unfortunately..

I have noticed this forum becoming as left wing as uostratics. Lots of extreme left wing views get posted here that don't get removed but instead are welcomed. So many people are anti rewarding actual skill gameplay:

Lots of posts about how puzzles are unfair because only smart people can do them.

Lots of posts about how they should allow Powerscrolls in trammel because currently more skillful players only get them.

In my opinion these are dangerously extremist left wing views.

It seems you can be political, as long as you lean left.

People seem to think You shouldn't make fun of Trump, but that is literally the only thing he does when he speaks, so no I don't think jokes prodding a bully are too extreme I think they are fine.

If you want to blindly follow him whatever but toughen up if you think that making fun of a guy who literally ONLY insults people is too far.

Only smart people can do puzzles? Most smart people I now have better things to do.
Power Scrolls in trammel is a mater of not enjoying PvP not skill.

An extremist is someone who can't keep their sense of humour when listening or seeing something that opposes they beliefs. Lighten up.

If you didn't enjoy the event leave. If you have an objection to the content, file a complaint with his/her supervisor. Calling for him to be fired is over the top unless you Know he violated his instructions from his employer.

As much fun as it is to bait right wingers it really is too easy.

My point is politics should not be in the game But it is an internal issue at Broadsword and EA. If the EM in question deserves disciplinary action or to be fired it is not up to a bunch of snowflakes on the internet who were offended. If you have a problem with him file a complaint and calm down.

One would hope the EM's all have a written set of guidelines and policies but having dealt with large corporations all my life I wouldn't bet on it.

So an EM could plan an Event about a, e.g., warmongering & whining ex-president wife and her links to "strange" activities in Pizza parlours basements, "unfortunate accidents" resulting in the death of some of her party electoral staff and the use of private mail storage sytems (hey, there is an idea for a new Deco Mailbox to be sold in the UO Store!  ), and be sure that it will be appoved by BS Management, right?
